Within the consultancy and approval of the High Preservation Board of Cultural Assets and Bosporus Zoning Directorate, Reconstruction of 150 years old Saitpaşa and Kocataş Mansions located in Bosporus and restoration of a historical building, serdab, cistern, bath, and other small building units. Mansions consists of three basement floors, two typical floors and an attic floor and Historical Necmettin Koçataş sea side building which has one basement floor, three typical floors, consultancy services of restoration drawings, static model, calculation and construction drawings preparation works. Designed closed area is 18.000m2 and area of the land is 25.000m2. Mansions in Bosporus Sarıyer which has been designed as hotel for 46 rooms. Mansions will be utilized as boutique hotel by Six Senses, with name Elite Shores Kocatas Mansions
