About Us

Burcays Engineering and Consultancy (Burcays) was founded in 2019 to perform Project Management services
for the renovation of Çırağan Palace Kempinski Hotel focused on the success delivery of the Project. 

Burcays undertakes project management of variety of projects, all from simple development projects
up to complicated construction projects.

Great importance is placed on analysing risk factors in projects where our experts review time schedules,
designs, specifications, bids, project contracts, work arrangements, etc. before work commences and during the works.

Construction management is one aspect of project management. Our team undertakes the construction
management of numerous projects in building construction, road and bridge construction and utilities construction.
